To achieve Platinum Award accreditation, our club diligently follows a set of comprehensive regulations. These encompass various aspects, including our constitution and affiliation, safeguarding and player welfare, club workforce and development, equipment and facilities, and overall club provision and development.
From operating within a constitution with designated officers to ensuring the safety and welfare of our players, every facet of our club’s operation is carefully overseen. We appoint dedicated Safeguarding Officers, maintain appropriate coach-to-player ratios, and provide ample opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. Additionally, our commitment extends to organizing community programs and fostering equal playing opportunities for all, embodying our ethos of inclusivity and excellence on and off the field.
